Here women are coached on wardrobe, skin care, body image and business consciousness. Beyond Beauty is traditional in approach as its essence lies in the fact that one seldom gets a second opportunity to make a good first impression. Beyond Beauty facilitates the marriage of a woman’s inner beauty with her physical presentation. Programmes are custom built based on request and the identified need.

GIRLS @ WORK
“Women learning and growing their lives”
Girls@work is a House of Pearls initiative inspired by the founder’s experience in the work place. It is a development initiative aimed at supporting, inspiring and uplifting women in the work place; enabling them to take their careers and lives to the next level. Characterised by coaching, mentoring, supporting and providing opportunities for women to soar to the highest heights. Through the Girls@Work initiative, House of Pearls runs industry-specific development programmes. We encourage women within the workplace to organise and find ways in which they can be a constructive support group for each other. Girls@Work offers a complete ‘working woman’s guide’ to organisational customs. Girls@work focuses on harnessing women’s inner strengths, developing their leadership, EQ and communication capabilities.
The key attribute of this initiative is the House of Pearls Foundation Lean In; part of the global lean in program for women established by the Sheryl Sandberg the COO of Facebook aimed at encouraging women to pursue their ambitions and changing the conversation from what we can’t do to what we can do.

Women at work are encouraged to open their own Lean In groups and choosing the House of Pearls Foundation Lean In group as their chapter. This will allow them to be part of the House of Pearls “Dare to Soar Breakfast Series” as well as the House of Pearls events.
HONEY COMB
Honeycomb provides a hub for young women, particularly teens, with a view to anchor their development in pursuit of their aspirations. Honeycomb’s objective is to lead, guide and grow enthused teens into their desired future. Through strategic partnerships with entities that seek to support and nurture young talent; Honeycomb provides great opportunities for education and personal growth within a space where other teens with similar passion and drive assemble. This is a platform where dreams are unlocked through knowledge-based and self-esteem programmes. This initiative resonates with a value that is anchored in the existence of House of Pearls that speaks to the notion that a journey is unbecoming without the help of others.
